Introduction to Hand Sewing

If you really are picking up a needle for the first time or want to expand on the absolute basics of hand sewing,from putting a hem back up to how to sew on the different kinds of buttons then this is the class to sign up for.

During this workshop we cover some of the most frequently used utility and garment construction stitches, a couple which are as decorative as they are useful and then there's those buttons!

Working through the chosen stitches you will produce a set of reference samples.

SKILL LEVEL: Absolute beginners.
