Bookings can be made right up to and including the day of the class,subject to availability.
To book any of our classes, workshops or courses call us on 07491 676026, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop in to see us at the sewing school.
Payment is required in advance to ensure your place on your chosen class.
If you aren’t sure about the content of a workshop or class please feel free to contact us to find out if it’s exactly what you are looking for before you book.
Please contact us if you will be unable to attend a class you have booked.
If we have a waiting list for that particular class and we are able to replace you at the time of your cancelling we can offer you a full refund or credit towards a future class.
If there is NO waiting list then the following policies apply:
For cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the date of the class we can offer a refund minus a 25% administration fee.
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of the class we are unable to offer any refund.
If for any reason a class is cancelled by Rooftop Atelier Sewing School a full refund will be given or credit towards an alternative class if you prefer. We cannot be held liable for any other costs or expenses you may incur in the event of a cancellation made by us.
For courses consisting of multiple sessions you will need to attend all the scheduled sessions for that course, there will not be opportunity to make up for any which are missed.
A non refundable deposit is taken to secure your party booking based on your estimated group number. If the number of people attending changes between booking and final payment just let us know as soon as you can so we can be sure to accommodate everyone. The remainder of the balance will need to be paid one week before your event and you can confirm final numbers at that time.
